Astrazeneca | Survivors have heart

Survivors Have Heart was created as a support group for heart attack survivors, led by celebrity fitness trainer and heart attack survivor Bob Harper. In 2021, we turned it into so much more, launching a survivor-led mentorship program that changes the face of survivorship from one of weakness to one of strength.

The campaign was designed to launch with a gallery opening at a hospital—but COVID had other plans. Instead, we launched with an online gallery and in-person experience in NYC’s Flatiron District. Despite the pivot, the media noticed. Bob was invited onto the TODAY Show to discuss the campaign, and the work was picked up by national news outlets like Yahoo! and E!, local outlets like AMNY and Pix11, and industry publications. Most importantly, we earned over 70,000 visits to SurvivorsHaveHeart.com and elicited nearly 5,000 new community sign-ups.
